The law in TX, as in most states is that if it comes onto your property, it becomes your problem. The exception is boats and cars IF they are being operated. If the car gets thrown into your house by the tornado, again it is your problem. If the boat slams into your dock because it came loose from the dock, it is your problem.
If the boat runs over your dock because the driver fell overboard drunk, it is his problem. |

We were running last time they lowered the lake. You guys whine to much. |
Joew better get the mainship back in the water before they let out to much or he will be out of commision for the rest of the summer.
That would be tragic. |

It will give us a chance to get dock work done and dredging. It won't keep us away from the bars either.

That would be tragic. David John and I had a meeting last night. We all agree it is time to upgrade. Hopefully Ike will provide some good options. |

The lake is open for all. Anybody can come play as a spectator. The more the better. See everyone at the Big Azz Raftup on Saturday @ 1 p.m.
I think Boatman22 is supposed to do a sweep of the lake in the a.m. to clear any debris that he happens upon. Maybe I can find my outdrive when the lake is down:angry-smiley-038: Tbone you going to the FAJA bash? |

Oh, OK. I was taking from the comment that it was around Darryl Moore's place I45 and didn't recognize it. I'm guessing there's more to the comment... probably inside joke or something.

I talked to a few guys, and there are going to be some awesome options available. I am having many many ebay auctions in coming weeks to liquidate cash for these oportunities. :food-smiley-007: |

This is pretty sad, guy waits for a liver transplant, on his deathbed gets a liver, gets back on his feet and gets his business up and going again and the this.
RIP Stan Wrecker owner struck and killed Tuesday Published: 09.24.08 The owner of Second Chance wrecker service was struck and killed as he cleaned up debris from an earlier accident on Tuesday night. Stanley Schultz, 55, of Conroe, was hit by a 2000 Chrysler van driven by Rebecca Dunn, 57, of The Woodlands, according to Sgt. Jon Buckholtz with the Conroe Police Department.
