Assuming your plug wires are good.
You will also notice that the build up on the inside of the terminals in the cap...

I disable the Timing control also , Bring idle timing down to about 10-15*. Open throttle blade so IAC is Barely open ( 5-10ish Counts )
Make sure you do a TPS reset ! Holley wont kick in the idle...
